By using Pixieborn's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Pixieborn provides AI-enhanced digital portrait creation services. We transform customer-provided photographs into artistic digital portraits using artificial intelligence and human curation.

3. Order Process

You submit photos and style preferences via Instagram or our website. You select a package and complete payment. We create and deliver your portraits digitally within 24 hours. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised payment processor. Prices are listed in USD. By completing payment, you authorise the charge to your payment method.

5. Delivery

Digital portraits are delivered via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect email addresses provided by the customer.

6. Customer Photos & Privacy

You confirm you have the right to submit any photos you provide. Photos are used solely for creating your commissioned portraits. All customer photos are permanently deleted after portrait delivery. We never post, share, or use your photos without explicit written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive full rights to use your delivered portraits for personal use. Pixieborn retains the right to use anonymised or consented portraits for portfolio purposes only.

9. Limitations

We do not guarantee exact replication of any specific reference image. Final portrait quality depends on the quality of photos submitted. We reserve the right to decline orders that contain inappropriate content.
