Pixieborn offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your portraits, we will make it right.

Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • ✓ Your portraits do not match the style you selected
  • ✓ The portrait quality is significantly below reasonable expectations
  • ✓ Your order was not delivered within 48 hours of payment

How to Request a Refund

  1. 1Contact us within 7 days of receiving your portraits
  2. 2Message us on Instagram @pixieborn with your order details
  3. 3Describe why you are unsatisfied
  4. 4We will first offer to redo your portraits at no extra charge
  5. 5If you are still unsatisfied, we will issue a full refund within 5-7 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

  • — Refunds are not available if you are simply unhappy with AI art as a concept
  • — Refunds are not available if incorrect or low-quality photos were submitted
  • — Refunds are not available after 7 days of portrait delivery

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Processing time: 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
